Cords Club Subscription Policies

By willingly signing up and purchasing a subscription here, you indicate that you have read and agree to the below terms and policies.

The Cords Club Box program is an auto-renewed subscription plan, which means that you don't have to do anything, except sit back and wait for your fun new accessories to roll in at the beginning of each month! In order to receive your box, be sure to subscribe before the last week of the prior month! All subscriptions added during the last week of the current month will not be sent out during the shipping window for the beginning of the next month, meaning that you will have to wait for the next month to roll around in order to receive your box. For example: if you begin your subscription journey on January 28th, that date falls within the last week of the month. You wouldn't be signed up in time to receive a February box. You would need to wait until March arrives for your items. In summary, if you want to enroll, sign up during the first 3 weeks of the month, in order to get your boxes at the beginning of the next month.

You will be billed monthly until you cancel your subscription.

Each subscription plan can be cancelled at any time, however, once billing has been performed, *refunds will not be issued*. especially if boxes have already shipped. The billing date will be the same day of the month that you initially subscribed, each following month. By cancelling your subscription, you forfeit the right to use your discount code for the remainder of the month that corresponds with it. 
The price of the Cords Club Boxes may increase over time. However, by purchasing an initial subscription and maintaining it, your price will remain locked in at the initial price. If you choose to cancel your subscription and return at another point in time, the box prices will not be altered in order to match initial pricing. The buyer will be charged the updated rate, upon beginning a new subscription period.
Items from each box may not be returned or exchanged for other product. Items may vary per box based on availability of supplies and materials. There will be food items as well as items purchased from other small businesses. These items may contain allergens, perfumes, and/or dyes. The Cords Club box subscriber is responsible for all damages or health issues (including but not limited to allergic reactions, intestinal discomfort, damage-personal or otherwise, injury, etc.). By purchasing this subscription box, the buyer agrees to refrain from holding Indiecords or its employees responsible for such reactions or side effects and accepts the responsibility for themselves or the person they are purchasing for.
All buyers outside of the continental United States are responsible for shipping, customs, and/or other fees associated with the box(es) purchased. If items are lost during shipping, we will not be held responsible and a refund will not be issued.
