We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. All items are hand inspected before shipment, so any damages would be occurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us via our support form here with details of the product and the defect.
Note: Notice of the defective item must be submitted within 72 hours of the item being received, as timestamped by USPS Tracking. Return shipping cost is covered by buyer. Replacement shipping to be covered by IndieCords & Co.
Every Indiecords customer receives an email with USPS tracking information. Indiecords & Co. is able to view when each package was delivered. If the product was delivered on Friday at 2 PM, as timestamped by USPS, the customer has 72 hours to report any defective items. If notice of damage/defective item(s) are not sent via IndieCords & Co. support form (found here) by Monday at 2 PM then the items are no longer valid under "Defective Return" policy.
