Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with both the service and the products you receive when you shop with us at Indiecords. That's why we are proud to offer you a 30-day guarantee!

You may return like-new items in their original packaging for a full refund of the product price (and any applicable sales tax). Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable. Sorry, used items cannot be returned, unless you've received written permission from us to do so.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You do not need a Return Authorization prior to sending an item back, however we would appreciate a heads-up via email as to why you are sending the product back. Please let us know the reason for return by emailing support@indiecords.co.

When you send your order back, please include the original packing slip—or some other piece of paper with your name—in the package with your return. Do not send returns without some identifying information inside the package. You do not need to write anything specific on the packing slip prior to returning for refund. If you want an exchange for the item you are sending back, email support@indiecords.co so we can assist you with the exchange.

HOW_ SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns and refunds will be processed within 7 business days of delivery to us. If you are tracking your return package online and the tracking states that it has been delivered to us, we need approximately 7 business days from that date. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds are issued promptly after inspection of the returned product(s).

RESTOCKING FEES
There is a restocking fee of $3.00 automatically applied to your refund to cover payment processing fees and return product handling.
