We have a 30-day return policy**, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
**The exception to this is for our flat back stud earrings and flat back stud accessories. These are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene concerns. See below for more details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its jewelry card, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges and fees are non refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not cover the return shipping cost. We recommend purchasing some type of shipping insurance to be certain that your package arrives to our returns department safely.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer a 1 year warranty for pieces that break within 1 year of the purchase date. Contact our support team with your order number, photos, and an explanation of what happened to your jewelry item. We will either send a replacement item or offer equal value in shop credit.

My teammates reserve the right to deny service to anyone who isn't behaving kindly.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, we can help you draft a new order for the exchange.
There is a restocking fee of $3.00 automatically removed from your refund in order to cover payment processing fees and returned product sanitization and handling.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us ASAP!
Flat Back Stud & Accessory Return Info
Due to hygiene concerns, we have a strict hygiene policy in place that prohibits the return or exchange of flat back earrings. We want to ensure that every piece of jewelry we sell is safe and clean for our customers. All flat back earrings and flat back accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
