Shipping Policy

Indiecords standard shipping is total of 3-6 business days for shipping + handling. Please allow extra days for shipping during new collection launches, and holidays. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders do not ship on weekends or on US postal holidays.

You will receive an email notification with a package tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam or Junk email folder for this notification.

If you need to check the status of an order that you have already placed, please log into your existing Indiecords account, or create a new account using the email address that you entered when you placed your order.

Indiecords is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages. Shipping insurance _may_ be available at checkout for an additional charge (eligibility depends on our insurance partner offering parameters).
